Zerowind® confirms its role as title sponsor for the 2024 edition of the Trek Zerowind MTB Challenge, a journey on two wheels to discover some of the most beautiful locations in northern Italy.
The calendar for the new edition was presented with an even richer program. Alongside the three Queens of mtb: 100 Km dei Forti, the Assietta Legend and Marathon Bike della Brianza, there will be the return of the Castello di Monteriggioni; the fascinating Tuscan race is one of the most important competitions in Italy and is much appreciated by bikers for the route immersed in the beautiful hills of Siena.
But the surprises are not over, the circuit calendar is enriched with a new entry: the Granfondo del Durello. A race with an important history of more than 20 years, for the first time in the circuit, which embellishes the Trek Zerowind calendar and takes bikers to discover the breathtaking views and unparalleled single track among cherry blossom trees, Durello wine vineyards and columnar basalt walls.
From March to September, Trek Zerowind will accompany all enthusiasts with unmissable events throughout the racing season with an excellently distributed calendar with one trial per month. Protagonists of the scene the most renowned dirt tracks in Italy, able to attract bikers from all over the Peninsula in a succession of trials, all different from each other, all Queens of mtb.
In Trek Zerowind 2024, the territorial dimension is emphasized in a proposal that spans the five main regions of fat wheels: Tuscany, Veneto, Trentino, Piedmont and Lombardy, with high quality races that stand out in the national panorama.
“It is a complex moment in mountain biking, but we can smile thinking about our trend. The athletes and teams have always appreciated the circuit and especially the atmosphere at the races,” points out Alessandro Capella, one of the coordinators. We have reconfirmed ourselves as the national mountain bike circuit of reference and with the 2024 calendar we strengthen our national vocation. Now we look forward to next season with the security of an important circuit with unmissable appointments, spectacular locations and routes suitable for both competitions and off-road enthusiasts.
